POSITION: Grants and Development Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY: The Grants and Development Coordinator shall work under the direction of the Grants Manager and the Major Gifts Officer to provide program administration assistance and clerical support to the Grants and Development Departments.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
· Assists with grantee communications, agreements, reporting compliance, and outcomes.
· Assists with grantee information in the grants database and provides technical support to the grantees/applicants with online database document submission.
· Under the direction of the Grants Manager, coordinates the annual Grantee Training.
· Assists with the biannual Economic Impact and Social Return on Investment Analysis.
· Assists with planning and coordinating the meetings and activities of the Community Partnership Panels and the Development Subcommittees.
· Assists with fundraising activities, campaigns and events as needed.
· Assists Development with donor software, acknowledgements, and correspondence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent computer, database management and reporting skills.
· Minimum of 3 years nonprofit experience and familiarity with grants and contracts or related work experience.
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work with people of diverse interests and backgrounds.
· High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
· Energetic and creative attitude.
